  • 1/4 cup coffee, cooled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in melted white chocolate until combined.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Layer half of the raspberries on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
