A delicious creamy white bolognese sauce made with turkey bacon, perfect for pasta dishes.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in olive oil until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the cooked bacon back to the sauce and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
