  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add bell pepper, spinach, and zucchini. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
