  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
  3. In the same pot, melt the butter. Stir in the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until bubbly.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
  5. Mix in the cheddar cheese until melted, then fold in the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until golden on top.
