  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni and turkey bacon; stir to combine.
