Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
