  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
