  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the strawberry puree over it and swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining cheesecake and strawberry puree.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Strawberry puree can be replaced with other fruits for variation.
