- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
- Slowly add milk while continuing to whisk until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and spices to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
