A deliciously indulgent treat combining the natural sweetness of dates with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dates open and remove the pits.
  3. Fill each date with peanut butter.
  4. Place the filled dates on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each date.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and enjoy!
