A delicious and easy recipe for no bake cheesecake bars using Biscoff cookies.

  • 1 package of Biscoff cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and refrigerate.
  3. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in the Biscoff spread until well combined.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
