1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
