  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup crunchy cornflakes

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fold in the cooked rice and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
