  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour, cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly add milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham; mix well.
  7. Serve hot.
