  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from heat and let it rest before slicing.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the broccoli and bell pepper until tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and sriracha to create the spicy cream sauce.
  6. Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by sautéed vegetables and sliced steak. Drizzle with the spicy cream sauce.
