  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, diced chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, adding lettuce, tomato, turkey bacon, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
