  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spices and rub them evenly over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil.
  6. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  7. Remove the foil and brush the barbecue sauce on the ribs.
  8. Broil for additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
