  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the filling into one of the pie crusts placed in a pie dish.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges. Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
