A delicious and easy-to-make healthier no-bake cheesecake served in jars, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. In serving jars, layer the graham cracker mixture followed by the cream cheese mixture.
