1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
