  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks into the bowl and toss well to coat.
