A comforting twist on the classic chicken tetrazzini with the addition of turkey bacon for a deeper flavor.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, spaghetti, turkey bacon, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken broth, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be made ahead of time and baked later.
  • Substitute chicken with turkey or any preferred protein.
