- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Finally, mix in sour cream.
