  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Finally, mix in sour cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
