3 pounds pork shoulder
1 cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Place the pork shoulder in the Crock Pot.
In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart.
Remove the pork from the Crock Pot and shred it with two forks.
Return the shredded pork to the sauce and stir to combine.
Serve on buns or with sides of your choice.
