A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring mushrooms, turkey bacon, and a rich sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté mushrooms until they are browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and turkey bacon to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon.
  • Substitute with your favorite pasta type.
