- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
