A delicious and creamy pasta dish that combines the flavors of tomato and garlic with the savory taste of turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
  • Add fresh basil for extra flavor.
