  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 1 minute.
