  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, then mix until well combined.
  4. Mix in sour cream and melted chocolate, blending until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
