- 1 ¾ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.

- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
