- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
