A delicious twist on traditional Chicken Marsala, featuring pasta and turkey bacon for a flavorful meal.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken and sauté until browned.
  4. Add mushrooms and garlic, and cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Pour in Marsala wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and turkey bacon.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in fresh parsley before serving.
