Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the leeks until soft.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the cider and cream, then bring to a simmer.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.
