- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 9 lasagne noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagne noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, another layer of sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh basil or parsley between the layers.
- Can substitute ground turkey for shredded chicken if preferred.
