Delicious and satisfying Chicken Lasagne with a twist of turkey bacon, perfect for a comfort food dish any day of the week.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 9 lasagne noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer 3 lasagne noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, another layer of sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh basil or parsley between the layers.
  • Can substitute ground turkey for shredded chicken if preferred.
