  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 slices of chicken ham
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
  3. Layer turkey bacon and chicken ham on each flattened chicken breast.
  4. Add a slice of Swiss cheese and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll the chicken up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Dip each roll in beaten eggs and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
