Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and flour until just combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
