A delightful twist on traditional cheesecake, this casserole combines the flakiness of crescent rolls with a creamy cheesecake filling.

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll out one can of crescent rolls and place it in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer.
  5. Roll out and place the second can of crescent rolls on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
