A rich and flavorful dish combining creamy alfredo sauce with spiced ground beef served over bowtie pasta.

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream until melted and combined.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, mixing well.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and cooked beef, stirring to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning as desired.
  • Can be topped with chopped parsley for garnish.
