These Biscoff Brownies are a deliciously rich and easy-to-make dessert that combines the unique flavor of Biscoff spread with the decadence of brownies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and Biscoff spread together.
  3. Mix in the sugar, followed by the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
